GRC balusters

Balusters are the turned posts of a balustrade. A project can need hundreds of identical pieces, which makes them a natural fit for moulding: every baluster comes out the same, with the same sharp rings and smooth belly.

Our yard is rarely without stacks of them. We cast standard profiles, and custom profiles from your drawing.

How we make and fix it

Balusters are cast in split moulds and finished by hand to remove the seams. They are fixed between the base rail and handrail with dowels or steel pins and grouted.
