We manufacture in-house. Moulds, mixing, casting, curing and finishing all happen at our unit in Bangalore, under our own supervision, rather than being passed to subcontractors.

That control is what keeps profiles sharp, colours consistent across batches and schedules predictable. It also means you can visit and see your elements being made.

What's included

Every element is cast, cured and finished in our own manufacturing unit in Bangalore.

  • Alkali-resistant glass fibre reinforcement

How it works

  1. 1

    Mould

    A mould is made for each profile, or taken from our existing moulds.

  2. 2

    Mix and cast

    Cement, fine sand, water, admixtures and alkali-resistant glass fibre are sprayed or poured into the mould and compacted.

  3. 3

    Cure

    Castings are cured before demoulding so they reach their strength.

  4. 4

    Finish and check

    Each piece is cleaned up, finished and checked against its drawing before it leaves the unit.

Our manufacturing unit is in Bangalore, Karnataka. Call or WhatsApp us to arrange a visit.

Can you handle large quantities?

Yes. Repeated elements such as balusters, cornices and jali panels are cast from multiple moulds in parallel. Tell us your quantities and timeline and we'll confirm a schedule.
