GRC/GFRC manufacturer, Bangalore, Karnataka

Why architects and builders choose GRC Bangalore

We make what we sell, in our own unit, to your drawings, and we install it ourselves. Here's what that means for your project.

  1. Structure
  2. Fixing bracket
  3. Steel stud frame
  4. Flex anchors
  5. GRC skin, cast thin
  6. AR glass fibre through the whole section

  • In-house manufacturing in Bangalore

Every piece is cast in our own unit in Bangalore. We control the mix, the curing and the finish, and you can visit to see your elements being made.
  • Custom designs and moulds

We make masters and moulds to your drawing, in rubber for fine detail and fibreglass or timber for larger profiles, so you're never limited to a catalogue.
  • High-quality materials

Cement, fine graded sand, admixtures and alkali-resistant glass fibre. AR fibre is what keeps GRC strong in an alkaline cement mix.
  • Precision manufacturing

Moulds are checked against the shop drawings before casting, and pieces are checked for size and finish before they leave the unit.
  • Architectural detailing

Sharp arrises, deep undercuts and fine relief. GRC holds detail that site plaster and cast-in-place concrete lose.
  • Durable and weather-resistant

No steel to rust, non-combustible, and made for Bangalore's sun and monsoon rain.
  • Design-to-installation support

One team from the first drawing to the last sealed joint, so one company answers for the result.
  • Customised for every project

From a single bracket for a home to a complete facade for a developer, sized and finished for the building.

Quality is decided in the factory

Most problems with GRC start before it reaches site: a weak mix, too little fibre, poor compaction, rushed curing. Because we manufacture in-house, these steps happen under our own supervision, and every piece is checked against its drawing before it's packed.

You're welcome to visit our unit in Bangalore to see moulds, castings and finished elements for yourself.

How we manufacture GRC

One team, six steps

Follow one GRC arch from a first sketch to its place on the building. Select a step to see it.

Step 1 of 6: Brief and drawings
  1. Send us drawings, a photo or a sketch. We discuss sizes, quantities, finish and the site.

  2. We draw every element for production, with its joints and fixings, for your approval.

  3. Masters and moulds are made in-house for each profile, or taken from our existing moulds.

  4. Elements are cast in GRC reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibre, then cured.

  5. Each piece is cleaned, finished and checked against its drawing before dispatch.

  6. Our team delivers, fixes, seals and finishes the elements on site.
