GRC cladding panels
GRC cladding gives a building the look of solid concrete or stone in a thin, light panel. Panels are fixed to the structure on brackets or a sub-frame, with open or sealed joints.
We make flat panels, ribbed and fluted panels, 3D textured panels and panels that wrap corners, in natural cement colours or pigmented.

How we make and fix it
Panels are cast on flat or profiled moulds, cured and sealed. They are fixed on stainless-steel or galvanised brackets or a sub-frame, set out from the joint layout in the shop drawings.

GRC cladding: questions
How thick is a GRC cladding panel?
GRC panels are thin. A typical skin is around 10 to 15 mm, stiffened with ribs or a frame where needed. The final thickness depends on panel size and design.
Will the colour be consistent?
We control the mix and curing for each batch, and agree a sample panel with you before production starts.
