Custom GRC architectural elements

Many projects need a piece no catalogue has: a medallion with a family crest, a relief mural for a lobby, a large planter, a fountain basin, a temple motif or a brand wall. If it can be drawn or modelled, it can usually be cast in GRC.

We make the master, the mould and the casting in-house, so one-off and short-run pieces are practical.

Typical drawing. Sizes, profile and finish are made to your design.

Custom GRC elements: questions

More about GRC

Is a custom mould worth it for one piece?

Often, yes. A mould for a single piece can be simpler and cheaper than a production mould, and it can be kept for future copies.

What do you need to start?

A drawing, sketch or photo with rough sizes, and where the piece will go. We'll advise on the best way to make it.
