About the project
A glass-fronted mall given a classical rhythm: tall fluted GRC columns with carved capitals stand between the bays, and scrolled ornamental panels sit above and below each run of windows.
GRC columns are cast as hollow shells and fixed around the structure, so the front takes on the look of carved stone without its weight. The relief panels repeat from bay to bay, cast from one set of moulds.
