Custom GRC mould development

Every custom element needs a mould. We make our own: a master carved, turned or built to the drawing, and a mould taken from it in rubber, fibreglass or timber depending on the detail and the number of castings.

Because the moulds are made in our unit, new designs don't wait on an outside supplier, and the moulds are kept for repeat orders.

Who owns the mould?

We keep and maintain the moulds for your elements so repeat orders match. If you need different arrangements, discuss them with us when you order.

Can you copy an existing element?

Yes. We can take a mould from an existing piece in good condition, or build a new master from measurements and photographs.
