Large GRC panels and complex elements are more than a casting. They need steel stud frames, cast-in sockets, lifting points and fixing brackets designed and fitted at the factory.

We fabricate these assemblies in-house, so a panel arrives on site ready to lift and fix, not as a loose casting that needs work before it can go up.

When does a GRC panel need a steel frame?

Larger panels are often cast with a steel stud frame on the back to keep them stiff and give fixing points. Whether a frame is needed depends on panel size and fixing design.

Yes. We can supply fabricated elements for your own team to install, with fixing details.
